We are recruiting for the position of
Systems Engineer
to join
us in our Singapore office.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
·
Responsible for providing support to customers on
installation, maintenance and servicing of large
format digital aerial cameras
·
Prepare relevant documentation for installation,
setup, training, services and acceptance purpose
·
Engage in pre/post-sales support, maintenance of
system, troubleshooting and problem fixing, system
administration, system testing and system staging
prior to deployment
Expected Qualifications:
·
Diploma in Electrical / Electronics or Diploma in
relevant IT related disciplines from a local
polytechnic
·
Good working knowledge of
Windows OS, Storage, Networks and Backup
·
MCSE, CCNA qualifications
will be
an
added
advantage
General Requirements:
·
Need to be flexible on working hours as support at
odd hours and weekends will be required
·
Must be available to travel on short notice
·
Self motivated and independent
·
Good communication and presentation skills
·
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
·
Min 3 years of related experience
